Joe is a life-long resident of Baldwin and a graduate of Baldwin Schools who followed in his father’s footsteps and joined Hose Company One of the Baldwin Fire Department in 1978.

He has spent his life working to help the residents of Baldwin, through his nearly 50 years of service as a volunteer, his part time work as a fire dispatcher for 42 years, and his work as the auto repair supervisor for Sanitary District #2 for 40 years until his retirement.

He has been married to his wife, Maryann for 37 years and has two daughters, Tiffany and Karlee.
